APPLICATION GUIDELINES
After submission of the online application student will receive Login details of their MySaskapolytech online portal in their Email ID within 2 weeks of making the application. A Student is required to check their online portal on daily basis for the update on their applications. If all documents are properly submitted and student
is eligible for the admission, they will receive a conditional offer letter in their online portal only.
Once, the student received conditional offer letter from Saskatchewan Polytechnic, they need to pay $10,000 seat confirmation fees within 60 days of the offer letter to confirm their seat in the program. College does not issue revised offer letter after payment of $10,000, the one received earlier can be used for Visa filling.
Deferrals

IMPORTANT REMARKS
College accept online applications only and after online submission send documents immediately by email, so no need to send a Hard Copy of the Documents.
Original Color Documents are required (Without notarized).
Student will receive mail regarding Login Detail of mysaskatchewn portal, in there, students can check the online portal of application status.
Student will receive offer letter directly in mysaskatchewan portal.
Tuition fees must be paid before the deadline mention in the College offer letter. As per the SDS rule applicant must pay one-year tuition fees.
No unconditional offers will be issued by the college after making payment.
To confirm the seat in the program student must have to submit $10,000 CAD by PeerTransfer within 30 days of the date LOA Received. If you fail to do so your seat will be revoked.
Student entering the first year of studies in their program are required to pay the balance for full year tuition and fees on or before the program start date as installment option are not available.
A student entering an Engineering Technology Program in Moose Jaw should be prepared to get a drivers license in order to increase their chances of being placed on a CO-OP work term.

Step Two – Acceptance Letter and Provincial Attestation Letter New Electronic Letter and PAL:
You now have access to your Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and the Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) will be released shortly by the Ministry of Advanced Education within 2-5 days.
The electronic copy of your LOA is available online through mysaskpolytech.ca student portal in the myElectronicLetters section as well as through MyCreds – a national service and platform for issuing and accessing secure, electronic documents. The LOA will have a cost of $6 associated if shared through MyCreds. Accessing it through mysaskpolytech.ca student portal is free of charge.
The electronic copy of your PAL is available online through MyCreds only. No fee is required to access and download the PAL.
MyCreds will send directions on registering your account to your Sask Polytech email. To access your Sask Polytech email address please refer to the instructions you received on your mySaskPolytech student portal account. Visit saskpolytech.ca/mycreds for more information about MyCreds.
Please note the electronic copy of the attestation letter must be paired with a copy of your most recent Sask Polytech letter of acceptance. These two documents are required to submit your study permit application to IRCC.
You may access your tuition payment receipt via the mySaskPolytech student portal in the myElectronicLetters section.

As of April 9th, international students applying to a program of study at Saskatchewan Polytechnic will be admitted via a two-step process.
Step One – Offer Letter
*If the applicant meets entrance requirements and there are available seats in the program, they will be provided with an offer letter. The offer letter will specify the program information and request that the applicant pay a non-refundable tuition deposit of $10,000 within 30 days from the date the offer letter is issued. TUITION FEES – PAYMENT METHOD
Flywire will no longer be available for international payments to Saskatchewan Polytechnic:
- A significant majority of payments to Sask Polytech are now going through PayMyTuition (PMT), and we have asked Flywire to remove Sask Polytech from their payment portal and to no longer accept payments to Sask This change will be effective March 25, 2024.
- Flywire was left as an option for making payments as we transitioned to PMT but with payments working smoothly, were ready to commit to PMT as the sole payment solution provider for making tuition and deposit payments to Sask Polytech. This allows us to take full advantage of the integration between PMT and our Banner ERP system and to be able to provide a consistent message to students about making payments to Sask
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS HOW TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENT: Paying tuition with PayMyTuition is safe, fast, and convenient. Follow the simple steps below to complete your payment:
- ACCESS THE PAYMYTUITION PORTAL: Log into your mySaskPolytech portal, click on myFinances and click on Make a Payment” to be redirected to your secure payment portal. You can also go to paymytuition.com, select Make a Payment from the top of the screen, and search for Saskatchewan Polytechnic to initiate your payment.
- SELECT PAYMENT METHOD : Review the payment options provided and select your preferred payment Payment options include bank transfers, debit/credit cards in your home currency, eWallet payments and other local options.
- ENTER YOUR DETAILS : Enter some basic information including your student We will include this information with your payment for easy identification of your payment by the Sask Poly team.
- MAKE YOUR PAYMENT : Follow the instructions provided to send your funds to PayMyTuition via your selected payment
- TRACK CONFIRM : Track your payment by logging into your PayMyTuition Dashboard at any time. Receive SMS texts, email status updates, and confirmations of when your payment has been
REFUND / WITHDRAWAL POLICY

If visa denied or refused by any reason from the Canadian High Commission, New Delhi, an Administration Charge of Approx. $200 CAD will be withheld. Rest all (including non-refundable deposit of CAD $10,000 will be returned as a full refund.
The applicant must complete a withdrawal form. The withdrawal form and the study permit refusal must be dated within 10 business days of each other and the application must withdraw no later than the fifth day from the program start date.
Refund request process time 6 to 8 weeks normally.
If student wish to withdraw prior to registration, he must notify International Education Accordingly.
Deferral and Withdrawal Reminder:
Please note that classes for the Fall 2024 intake will commence on August29, 2024. Students must be
present in class on the firstday, and late arrivals will not be allowed.
Students unable to attend class on Aug 29, 2024, must defer or withdraw their acceptance.
Students who do not defer or withdraw and are not present in class on Aug 29, 2024, will be withdrawn, and their tuition deposit will be forfeited ($10,000 for new students, $2,500 for continuing students).

Students who have had their study permit application refused by IRCC can no longer defer to a later intake and must submit a withdrawal form. The $10,000 tuition deposit payment will be refunded less the $200 administrative fee, and If the student wishes to be considered for incoming intakes, they must reapply. Note: In case of Visa refusal and/or withdrawal, student must have to bear difference amount while getting refund money from college due to dollar rate fluctuation. It will be less approximately Rs. 50,000 /- to 60,000/-
SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarships, Bursaries and Awards:
Saskatchewan Polytechnic has $1,000 scholarships to award (Total 72). The Scholarship department has only received 30 applications. If you are passing all of your classes and are maintaining at least a 60% average,
you should consider applying. The money is there to be awarded but you do need to apply.

Saskatchewan Polytechnic Homestay program is managed in partnership with Canada Homestay International.
