Note: – The minimum IELTS requirement for Diploma Advanced diploma is 6.0 not less than 5.5. However as Seneca process applications on base of most qualify profile, it is recommended to apply for students with over all 6.5 bands minimum 65- 70% or above in 12th Grade. APPLICATION GUIDELINES

- After Online application Submission student will received login credential of Seneca portal directly from Seneca to students personal email
- It is strongly advisable to login the online portal before the credential expire within 15 days of
- 1st Year or 1st Semester Tuition fees must be paid before deadline mention in College offer
- Wire Transfer details are clearly mentioned in attached separate wire transfer letter with offer
- When students are transferring funds through TT/ Wire Please mention students full name, Date of Birth and Students College ID.
- If student issued offer letter for the paid application fees the defer is not possible new application fees require for next
IMPORTANT:-
Applicants for the post graduate certificate programs must be approved by faculty, not admission staff. So college will take extra time for this process. Many post graduate programs require portfolios, Pre-Tests or Questionnaires.
Student will receive Portal Log in ID Password post submission of application and then onwards all communicatins will be done via Seneca Student Portal only. Student will receive offer letter only from his/her student portal.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We would like to inform you that Seneca College has now changed the post application process. Now onwards all students who have applied in Seneca College will receive the email with the link from the College, once they are accepted in the applied programs. They will have to visit the link to accept the program in which they are interested to receive an offer letter. Once the student accepts the offer letter through the link, the college will issue the copy of the offer letter. It is advisable for the students to check their email id on a regular basis after submission of their application in Seneca College.

REFUND / WITHDRAWAL POLICY

- If visa denied and/or refusal by any reason from Canadian High Commission, New Delhi then Seneca College deduct an administrative charge of approximate $500 CAD (Non-Refundable).
- If you are withdrawing from the College for any reason other than visa rejection, an administrative fee of CAD $1000 will be deducted from semester 1 fees Second semester that you paid in advance will be fully refunded.
