1. Our Services
Rise Up Education provides educational counselling, university shortlisting, admission assistance, language-course training, and visa documentation guidance for study in India and abroad. We are a consultancy — we are not a university, embassy, or government body.
2. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa
Admission decisions rest solely with universities, and visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassies and immigration authorities. While we prepare your applications and documentation to the best professional standard, we cannot and do not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa approval, or employment outcomes.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. Submitting forged or misleading documents will end our engagement immediately, without refund.
- Meet deadlines we communicate for applications, fee payments and visa appointments.
- Verify final costs, course details and visa conditions with the university and embassy before committing — policies can change without notice.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees for our service packages are communicated before engagement. Fees paid to third parties (university application fees, tuition, visa fees, translation or notarisation charges) are separate and governed by those third parties’ policies. Refunds for our own services are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on riseupedu.com — guides, articles, tools (including the NEET Rank Predictor and NEET College Predictor), graphics and branding — is owned by Rise Up Education and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. You may share links to our content freely.
6. Free Tools and Information Accuracy
Our free tools and guides are provided for general information only. Predictions (e.g., NEET rank or college predictions) are estimates based on historical data, not assurances. Fees, cutoffs, visa rules and immigration policies change frequently — always confirm current details with official sources.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rise Up Education is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including visa refusals, admission rejections, changes in government policy, third-party (university, embassy, airline, housing) actions, or decisions you make based on information from our website. Our total liability in any case is limited to the service fees you paid to us.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website links to external websites (universities, government portals, job boards). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end services where these terms are breached, including abusive conduct toward our staff or fraudulent documentation.
10. Governing Law
