Refund and Returns Policy

At Rise Up Edu, we strive to provide the best educational consultancy and admission assistance. Because our services involve digital processing, consultancy time, and third-party university applications, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Consultancy Services

  • Initial Consultation: Fees paid for initial counseling or profile evaluation sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

  • Service Packages: If you have enrolled in a full admission assistance package, you may request a partial refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided no application has been submitted to a university on your behalf. A processing fee will be deducted.

2. Admission & University Fees

  • Application Fees: Any fees paid directly to universities or colleges are subject to that specific institution’s refund policy. Rise Up Edu is not responsible for refunding fees collected by third-party institutions.

  • Tuition Fees: Refunds for tuition fees must be handled directly with the university. We will assist you in the documentation process for such refunds where applicable.

3. Language Courses & Training

  • For online or offline language courses (e.g., German Language), refunds are available only if requested 48 hours before the batch start date.

  • Once a course has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital downloads or study materials.

  • Government or visa processing fees.

  • Administrative charges for document translation or notarization.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at workandresidencypermit@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
